These are trying times for everyone, I wanted to reach out personally about what we are doing here at Delray Mitsubishi & Luxury Performance Automotive Group to support our employees, our community and you. Regardless of whether you’re a past, present or future Mitsubishi Motors Vehicle owner including any other make, our sales and service teams are here for you in this time of COVID-19.
As the global effect of Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, Delray Mitsubishi & Luxury-Performance Automotive Group remains vigilant.
We are closely monitoring the changing situation, and complying with public health guidlines, we ask that clients and employees practice social distancing. We are firmly committed to the health and safety of our valued clients and employees.
- We are limiting instore appointments to no more than four a day with a two hour window.
- We have instated a heightened level of cleanliness and disinfecting procedures before and after ever customer to maintain the best possible level of hygiene.
- We are disinfecting all Pre-owned vehicles with an anti-viral fog system.
- We are offering all qualified customers no payments for up to four months.
- We are offering heavy discounts and an additional $500 incentive to all new car customers from Mitsubishi.
- We have reduced our staff for the safety of both our customers and employees.
- On-Line purchasing process: If you prefer, we will be glad to bring a vehicle to you. We can send you a detailed video / facetime of the vehicle of your choice. Please call us and we will be glad to perform the entire transaction online and at your residence or work place regardless of where you are located in the USA.
We are working hard to help facilitate our customers present and future with a buying experience that will provide our customer the needed level of comfort. We have implemented the following processes:
- We have limited our appointments to no more than two at a time to support social distancing for everyone’s safety.
- We have instated a heightened level of cleanliness and disinfecting procedure before and after every customer to maintain the best possible level of sanitation within our Service Reception and Waiting Area.
- We are also offering a pick-up and delivery for our service department. If you are within 15 miles from our location, we will pick up and deliver your vehicle. We will perform your requested service returning your vehicle back to you serviced, washed and disinfected using our anti-viral fog system to ensure everyone’s safety.
- Social Distancing Drop Off. You can drop off your vehicle at the dealership and use our overnight envelope at anytime. We will check in your vehicle after you leave, perform the services you request and disinfect your vehicle. We can collect payment online and have your vehicle ready for pick up in our service lane. (No human interaction required).
